Dose any one know if they have Carbon Fiber brake pads for the Versa yet for either the S or SL models?

I know for past experience with domestics that if you install the carbon fiber pads your rotors won't warp and you get long life out of the pads. It works with other imports as well.

CF brake pads? I never heard of that before, but they would not fix rotor warp, that is for sure! Rotor warp is due to heating and rapid cooling of the rotor. This is why whenever you wash your car, and you just drove it, you should wait awhile before washing it, because if you wash down your rims and get your rotors wet, it could possibly warp them. I don't think anyone has made them yet specifically for the Versa, but there may be a sister pad that you could use, maybe the 07 Sentra? Do not quote me on that, it is just a guess/suggestion to try. But as I said, CF pads is not your 100% fix to rotors not warping, you want your rotors to run cooler, but as long as there is friction, which there will still be with CF pads, it will not change, except for maybe run coolER, but I still doubt it will be a sufficient change to not allow rotors to warp if rapidly cooled.

Clipsed, I didn't mean that they would fix a warped rotor but if you replaced or resurfaced the rotors and installed the CF brakes they have less of a tendency of warping the new/resurfaced rotors. Verses the metallic or ceramic brake pads.

Correct, you never stated they would fix a warped rotor, I did, and what I meant, they would not fix them in the sense of making the rotors NOT warp. But you also did not say that they have less of a tendency of warping rotors. Here is what you said.

Just watch what you type, and re-read your post before you actually click submit/post, and you will catch mistakes.
