parts necessary for auto-manual swap (RB25DET)

So Venus called me and said that I can have a clip they have sitting around NOW if I want it, the thing is that it's an auto...they offered to send me a manual transmission and flywheel too for no extra charge, but I'm wondering if there is anything else necessary. Specifically...do I need the manual ecu and wiring harness? TMS, Megalla, WD? anyone know?

We'll see if I actually get it, I'll probably decide tonight if they send me the compression results and photos and offer to give me everything I need (turns out I need the manual transmission and wiring harness that goes to the transmission...and preferably the manual ecu, but it's not absolutely necessary)...if so then I'm happy to remove it from my garage

Well, Venus hasn't sent me the photo's and compression numbers yet...as soon as they do (hopefully today!!) I will decide if I want it or not If I do get the clip...I'll be looking to unload the transmission and I'll update this thread with my decision as soon as I get those photo's and numbers.

I WAS GOING TO BUY THAT ONE BUT I TALKED TO A MECHANIC AND HE SAID IT LOOKED LIKE THE INTERCOOLER HAS A CRACK IN THE CORE, SO I DECIDED AGAINST IT.

Hmm, thanks for the info...a cracked intercooler core isnt a problem for me, maybe I could get a discount Do you know if the compression #'s were good?
