I think I've just about completed the parts list that I need/want for for my KA turbo application. And then I will search out the parts. I want to run 12~14 psi. Here's the list:

Z-31 T3 (salvage or online seller)Exhaust Manifold (new or used, any one know of seller?)Downpipe (muffler shop)Intercooler (ill go to DSM salvage, looking for front mount)Intake and Intercooler piping (muffler shop)Larger Injectors (370cc - overkill?)Oil and return lines and fittings (Hardware store)BOV (heard bosch was good, just need functional one)Various vacuum lines and hoses (Hardware store)Ignition (considering MSD 6BTM - overkill?)Fuel Management (Apexi SAFC)Fuel Riser (overkill w/ apexi?)300 ZX TT fuel pump

If there is anything that I'm missing that you KA-T guys think I should have, please post it (also mention why, just so I understand better - even the smal things like if I need some particular hose or what not.) If this set up sounds good, please say so as well. And if you know any place where I could get some of these parts reasonably, please mention where or what to look for (for instance I heard starion intercoolers may be of consideration). I am acutally not into buying the high priced stuff. I will buy quality where it definitely needs to be purchased so that I don't harm the motor or that parts don't break. I'd actually prefer to buy everything from the salvage or used in good condition, and would if that's a viable option. Ball park - what kinda numbers would this get to the crank? Thanks for reading, and sorry for long post, I just like to be thorough.

considering I haven't turbo charged or done a single thing yet I guess I'm really not one to talk but that list seems a little screwball in some respects.

1)370 injectors are too small for 12~14 PSI from my understanding. Maybe thats just on t3/t04E's and the Z31 turbo is small enuf for them to support it? but I doubt it.

2)Fuel Risers are considered a crappy route past 7 PSI( general opinion I've gathered from those on this and zilvia forum)

3)I think it may have been Dennis from UH, or someone else who would know which said, "The fuel rail itself just cannot flow enough fuel to support 550CC injectors, it is better to get a top mount high flow fuel rail" I think at 12~14 PSI you'd need closer to 550CC injectors.

4)I think that 550CC injectors are beyond the limits of an SAFC... maybe not the new version 2? Though most who have ACTUALLY turbo'ed their KA recommend getting a JWT as a baseline. I myself used to feel opposed to this, but it is looking like a better option all the time.

5)I really wouldn't know yet outside of *sigh* what I've read, but at 12~14 PSI you may want to consider ATLEAST forged pistons. The stock engine with proper tuning is believed to be able to handle 12~14.. but forged pistons could only bring benefit.

6)Your list does not include a better fuel pump. Walbro, 300ZXTT, and possibly Supra tt?? all seem to be common options.

As far as some recommended places for parts.

JGS makes a turbo manifold which needs to finish being welded for like 250( they will finish welding it and ceramic coat it for an additional 150)

JGS also has starion style intercoolers that have spearco cores for like 400 though I think E-bay has actual spearco's for less.

Whelp I guess thats about all I have to say on that, hope atleast something I said came out relavent or even true :P

Bryson, your post helps a bunch, I've edited my original post to include a 300ZX TT fuel pump. Hmmm, well maybe I'm being a little over zealous then with the boost. And thanks for pointing me in a direction for the manifold. Next questions then:

To what P.S.I can the stock injectors handle without going over 80% duty cycle.

And what would be a more appropriate P.S.I. and parts list (just tell me what should be added or removed from first post list) to run with stock injectors, and then 370cc injectors?

270cc injectors will not be able to handle much more. I would recomend 5-7psi on your idea. Get 370cc injectors!!! if you are going to fun an safc i would recomend that you dont use an fmu.
