Parts interchangeable between s14a and s14b

Hey everyone, I'm new to the board. I have got a 97 (kouki) 240.

I just had a couple of questions, my car has been hit from the front, and it's at the bodyshop getting fixed right now.

I was wondering about what parts are interchangeable between the 95 and 96 models, which are much easierto get used parts for. There are just a lot more 95 and 96 models in junkyards, than the newer ones.

Right the car is pretty much repaired, but I still need a complete air cleaner assembly, engine fan, engine fan coupling, both airbags, clockspring, and the airbag diagnostic unit with sensors.

Does anyone know if any of those parts from the 95 and 96 models will work on my car?

they will all transfer over... the 95-96 S14 and the 97-98 S14a are the same car.

from everything i've ever know/heard. . . anything 96 and above are the same mechanically so all those parts should be interchangeable. . . the only difference is cosmetic (head/tail-lights and bumper). . .

I got the whole airbag setup for sale off my s14 (95). I took the whole assembly off very carefully and it includes everything. Very good shape.

well... this seems an appropriate thread... as far as cosmetics, i want to know waht parts are intechangable between s14a/b and also r33's if anyone knows. im looking at a '95-96 240sx and i wanted to spruce up the front of the car, wondering if i could just strap a 97 front end (fenders bumper lights hood) on a 95 body, or also how compatible the same setup but using an r33 front end (love tha headlights) thanx all..

the 97-98 front-end will basically drop right onto a 95-96 as far as the hood, fenders, and corners. . . the headlights will fit too but some people say that you should cut the radiator support to fit it in . . . I didn't on mine but it's a pain in the a** to change the headlights if they burn out. . .

as far as the R33 front end. . . sorry .. that's all custom fabrication to fit . . .
