I need to get a list of parts to tune up my 1992 q45 infiniti. can anyone help me

It all depends on what you want to pay. You can do everything and not worry for a while or vise versa.

Get the service history from any Infiniti dealer the car was at (Car Fax will help with that).

Also look at the receipts from the previous owners(s) to see whats been done.

With the two above you should have a good idea on what the car needs and doesn't. But where you have a Q45a you are in bigger trouble should you have any problems with the Active Suspension system.

But spark plugs, under plenum hoses, fluids (Transmission, Engine, Differential, Coolant, Power steering, Active Suspension and Brake fluid, Valve cover gaskets (RTV), Filters (Engine and Transmission) and suspension parts on the car is what you have to worry about.
