i have a 90 HB auto. I know so far i need to go to the junktard and get the clutch pedal, linkages, and master cylinder( or slave cylinder?) and i need to get the brake lines off a DOHC. is there anything else i am forgetting?

If you were swapping another KA tranny, these are the parts you would need.

1. 5 speed2. 5 speed trans mount3. manual trans engine backing plate4. manual trans drive shaft5. clutch master, lines and bleeder assembly6. clutch pedal7. longer trans to engine bolts (hardware store)8. flywheel with manual flywheel bolts and clutch pressure plate bolts9. pilot bushing 10. manual ECU11. Throwout Bearing?

For the SR swap, you may or may not need some of those parts. : ) Not sure everything that you have, so if any of that looks like you won't need it, you may wish to find it. : )
