I ordered some parts from: http://www.nissanpartszone.com/ on 5/17 and I haven't received them yet. I was wondering if anyone else here has any experience with the guys that you might want to share?

Thanks,

What dealership are they affiliated with?

12 days isn't long, so I wouldn't panic yet. They have a FB page, you can always pop in there and ask what's up.

I just got off the phone with customer service at Nissanpartszone and wish I had read these reviews beforehand and gone somewhere else. Although the CSR was polite and professional, even though the problem with my order was due to their system, they insisted I would have to pay for return postage and restocking fees - which was about 80% of the cost of the entire order. Unbelievable. Needless to say, I'm evaluating other online sources for parts. Also, compared to Amazon (which has lightning fast shipment - order in the afternoon and often receive parts next morning- even on Saturday), Nissanpartszone took days to get the order out the door and even then ships by slow ground UPS at high shipment cost (minimum $12/order). I suppose slow shipment and delivery is OK for ordering a rice cooker, but replacement parts for a car, are you kidding?

I think Russell is the guy you need to talk to over there. He's a nice guy.
Of course, there's Courtesy Nissan which is one of the best out there.
I bought 100% of OEM parts from there when I fixed up my car.
