Parting out my convertible :(

Sad news: I've had her 3 years and well I made the stupid mistake of putting in a v6 in the car and cant get it to run right. I've given up. I want to sell the whole thing. I removed all my after market stuff so it will be back to stock. Ill let it go for 1k.

Has a vg30de in it, cranks, starts sometimes but wont stay on. I really gotta get rid of it so either part out or take it away. Motor is freshly rebuilt with about 105k miles on it, transmission has 122k off a n/a z32. comes with custom driveshaft, custom precats, and custom crossmember. Has new ACT clutch/flywheel. My loss and somebody else's fat gain.

I dont have pix but if you are in the SFO bay area and need some parts or just want this toy. Please hit me up.

Before you give up on it, try contacting 180sxfaktory on this forum. He's in the process of putting a VG into an s13 and is doing a full write up as he goes along.

Keep in find his is TT, but still he may be able to help you with your problem.

yea 180sxfaktory is putting together a kit for the VG in the 240/180 i'd stick with it dude see if that will work for you it would be super fly. if not though, i need the driver's side quarter window assembly, mine's all busted.

Don't give up so soon!Success often comes after temperary defeat.Maybe you just need to put it aside for a while,then do some more research.In the past,I sold cars that had problems that I thought were beyond my skill level.As I got older I regret letting them go. Now I know ,I could fix Them if I had them back.Sounds like you have most of the difficult part behind you.Good luck w/that V6 240.
