i am running 10 psi on stock motor and turbo, and I wonder why it feels like my SR pushes harder on 1/2 to 3/4 throttle than full? is this because of the wastegate being shut before 10 lbs (MBC) or is it my fuel system taking a crap.

also how would I test my o2 sensor for functionality the right way?

Help would be greatly appreciated

I have the same prob on my RB...I think it might have something to do with leakage.

i replaced my o2 sensor and i realized it went away, i think it was dumping too much fuel at top end

damn, just make sure its got power going to it (brown wire). I asked for a 87 300zx Turbo and I got the Fat type. I just gave them my original with the swap and he matched it up to one labeled 90' Nissan 02 sensor (universal I think) I would definately check your wiring to that. Then check your timing (15 deg) , your tps voltage (.45 v DC at closed throttle), make sure you dont have any boost leaks, because it could be loosing air under higher pressure thus causing a richer condition making it feel really laggy.
