For some time now I've been noticing something strange, my 1993 240SX seems to accelerate more at, say, 85% open throttle than at WOT.

Hows that? Anyone had this behaviour?

you need a FSM, a multimeter, and check your TPS setting, and throttle cable.

Hello IvoryJ30t:

Please explain FSM and TPS. I have a multimeter, just need instructions on how to check and possible solutions.

Thanks Brandon, I also have the Factory Manual for my car. I'll see if I can get to it tomorrow, I'm replacing a brake rotor and all the pads. Maybe I can squeeze in checking the throttle sensor, if it's not too difficult.

Hey Brandon, I've always like the front spoiler on your 240SX year model, does that fits 1993 models? Where may I get it?

im not quite sure if itll fit another year, but im sure there is one for the newer years. but if the both bumpers can bolt up to either car then maybe it will work. try ebay or a dealer

I thought it was as simple as screwing it in place, are the screws in different positions?

Any idea where I might get it?

junkyard @ 10 or 15 bucks, not worth it though. It will physically mount lower than the 89-90 years on your 93 by like an inch. And you will scrape.

That's a good reply. I wouldn't want it any lower, I hate scraping. But what about a nice looking replacement that wouldn't go that far down?
