part out an i30?

Anyone have experience parting out a '96 i30? Would that even be worth it? It has 172k miles on it, and runs fine, but I'm thinking of switching to a G35x. It pains me to think about what the dealership would give me for the car, so I'm thinking of other options.

Any thoughts/experiences on this?

I think I speak for a lot of us when I say that many of us are vultures. I've got 246k miles on mine. I'd love some of your parts. Actually like a 1/5 of your car lol.

Well, my wifes co-worker just mentioned she may want to buy the car, so may have to do that for simplicity. BUT, if I do decide to part the car out, I know who to tell first! Thanks for the feedback guys.
