Well the time is approaching where i will finally be able to install this vlsd and axles which have been collecting dust for a while. They will be going in the same time as a Shaftmasters DS so it's safe to say that the car should become even more enjoyable.

My question to all that have done the J30 diff install is what are the part numbers for the 2 bolts that are used in the front portion of the diff that have the bushings on em. When I received the diff, it only had one and unless the price of the bushing/bolts is outrageous, I figure I'll just get two new ones. And before anyone tries to flame, I did run a search but no part numbers could be found in any of the threads.....................

Now of course this is probably my first time posting in this forum but no one in the 240 section could answer this question. Perhaps you fellow J30 owners would be more knowledgeable? Thanks in advance.

I know this thread is a month old, but I just had a similar problem. Bought a J30 VLSD, and it was missing a bushing:

Went to Infinity and ordered the Upper (part#55474), Lower (part#55475) , and Insulator (part#55476):

Parts have yet to arrive, but it shouldn't be that much, right? . In the meantime, I cleaned, inspected, and painted the diff and swapped on the rear cover from my open diff:

Hope this helps
