I'm pretty sure the tire installation guys have all the tire pressure sensors for modern cars. You just get a set with your tire installation. I don't know that they are programmed or keyed to your car. I'm pretty sure they just work. Anyway, for part number, I don't know for sure, but I did use the internet to look it up on the dealership website and they have a number of 40700-1LA0E. You could call the tire guys and ask them what they have or use. The dealership has a pretty hefty price tag on these $90 each. Another quick search finds a set much cheaper at Walmart $140 set of 4.
Spare tire is just a spare tire. Unless you're changing your brakes to something huge or changing the hub and lug nuts, you're OEM spare will still be useful in an emergency. There's no swapping the tire from your wheels to your spare or anything, so wheel diameter shouldn't be a compatibility issue.
