Part Identification Help

1995 240sx NON-SE

Large black plastic piece underneath engine, 10 or so small bolts holding it to the frame. Slits in it on either side.

It's all oily, dirty, and torn, and I'm looking to replace, but on http://www.everythinginfinti.com, "big black plastic thing" doesn't come up with too many parts...

Anyone know what I could search for?
