didn't take me long to test the filament

port is about the same size as stock, but without that center wall

i think it might flow a little bit better than the stock log.

it slipped right over the exhaust manifold studs. it's kinda close to the valve cover, and might be touching that hard vacuum line. probably going to have to bend that out of the way.

I didn't feel like turning the motor back over since i have all the bottom end caps off. It was a bit of a pain to get the turbo on the manifold because it kept hitting the engine mount bracket and the top oil line. But with just a few minutes of playing with it though, the turbo slipped right on. It's so much easier to fasten the turbo to the new manifold than the stock one, and so much easier to get to the manifold bolts. I only wish that it would have also come with new manifold studs and nuts, but maybe thats wanting too much.

all looks good to me. the welds are perfect color. and there seems to be no sugaring on the inside. and, there seems to be extra bracing! i will definatly be getting one when i get a T28.
