Welcome to NICO!!

Hang tight a tech or someone more knowledgable may know the exact answer.

Sounds like a faulty wire to me though.

Are any of your dash lights blinking as well?? Maybe a bulb needs to be replaced??

give us a little more information about your car. It says Turbo sedan, what year?

Have you made any recent changes to your car?

What are you running to control the turbo setup...ECM controls?

Welcome,

Do you have an aftermarket alarm, or any electronics wired into any factory circuits?

Did this start randomly or after something was changed?

There are several things that may cause this on their own but we need some more info.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there is almost no chance anybody here will be able to blindly diagnose this. Since I can only imagine that there are several wires in your harness that have been modified. I would be looking for something in the parking light circuit keeping the signal on. If your aftermarket alarm has a parking flash feature I would wager a guess on a crossed wire or short inside the control unit.

First I must say.......Be nice guys its quite a complicated thing to explain.

If you have an auto start, the guys who installed it did not disable the Alarm on the auto start system. Usually the factory alarm system (keyless entry etc.) works with the auto start system. What is happening is when you lock the vehicle with the auto start key fob and then you use the factory fob to open the doors and or use the key to open the door, the auto start alarm is still on. Therefore the outside lights will blink like it would when the alarm is going off. And it stays blinking whether you have the car turned on or off. I had this happen to me a couple of years back. Now it could be vise/versa the factory alarm siren has been disabled but the blinking light portion is still active. So if you lock the car with the factory fob and unlock it with the autostart fob..... you get the idea. Some installers just disable the sirens and leave the rest of the system active. Its a quick short cut some take. Not good. What you need to do is unlock the car with the factory fob. and then put the factory fob away. (unless you have keyless start) but don't use the factory fob anymore. Just stick with the autostart fob to lock and unlock , pop the trunk, roll the windows up and down etc. What system did you get? Viper? Compustar? That should take care of the problem. Did this totally confuse you?

Hm, Here @ Nico you don't have to wait 2 days for an aswer. It usually comes in minutes. Some more difficult takes hours maybe a day. That's it.

Cool! Chime in and tell me if it worked for you. I'm glad it wasn't too confusing of an explanation. Never been one of my best skills. LOL!
