Parking lights removal on 1999 QX4

Does anybody know how I would go about removing the light bulbs of the parking lights on a 1999 QX4? Would I remove bulbs from under wheel well covers or inside of engine bay?

Should be accessable from engine bay if you are refferring to the corner lights next to the head lights.

Yes the corner clear light bulbs I see there is a hole in the engine bay but I dont think my fingers fit in the hole to pull the lights?

Yea its pretty tight in there. If I am not mistaken there is a small phillips screw where the corner light attaches to the headlight assy. If you remove that screw you should be able to pop the corner light out to get better access to the bulb socket.
