parking lights on -> radio & cigarette lighters on???

Hey guys, Ok, here's the deal: even w/ the key out of the ignition, if i turn the parking lights on, the radio will come on, as well as the cig lighter (like the ignition on wire).

I'm "thinking" it has to do w/ the way my alarm is wired, but I don't have an owner's manual for this particular alarm so I'm lost there. Any other possibilities will be great in the mean time. I will eventually swap this alarm out w/ a much better one once I install some of my current project .

and i was just about to post the EXACT same thing. but im thinking it has to do with the HUD. i remember when i had analog gauges and it didnt happen, but maybe i just never noticed.

but lets hope someone with a real answer replies !

that really sounds like a backfeed. i suggest unplugging major devices one at a time to see if it goes away. if you try them all and it does not go away then it will be a harness fault.
