Parking lights of 1993 hardbody pickup truck won't turn on.

The first problem I had was the brake lights did not turn off even after releasing preasure from the brake. After fixing that the back lights won't turn on when the lights are on. Everything else turns on, the brake lights, front lights, and turning lights. I'm not sure what it could be.Help?

what fixed the brake lights? make sure you check all your fuses and relays before you start doing anything else.
