Parking lights and brake lights not working. ( 03 350z)

Like the subject says, both my parking lights and brake lights are not working on my 03 350z. The brake lights only work when I press the brake pedal. Checked the foot well fuse box and also the 2 fuse boxes in the engine bay and all the fuses seemed okay. I did my research and read all info on the service manual and i still don't have any clue of how to fix it. Some please give me some insight on how i solve this issue... It's driving me crazy.

sure thing bro.. you checked all you fuses like you said right? if so did you use a test light? need to make sure your getting 12 volts in all the lighting fuses.. take out one by one and put theme back in the see if there a loose connection.. i would do this to all.. make sure you have your key in the ACC position.. warning your going to lose all you ratio stations.. after that if all is well let me know.. we will go to next step..
