Long story short.... just got a 1990 300zx yesterday I was tending to a blown license plate light and the two wires from it touched. Now my parking lights won't come on also my dash lights. Headlights for some reason are stuck on highbeams. All fuses are good and turn signals work and also my brake lights work. I looked on other forums and they mention a brake sensor? Did I burn that out? Or the switch? Anybody got an idea of where I can start...I thought maybe I blew the parking light fuse but I can't find one on my fuse panels...

Have you checked all the fuse boxes? There should be one under hood and one in the kick panel.

Checked all fuses and none where burned out

Just changed the light switch and still same problem.....I guess I need to try the tail light sensor next...
