You likely have a short. It can be from any one of the many wires that are after the fuse that keeps blowing.
I would recommend against going to a higher rated fuse. The manufacturer chose that fuse for a reason. If there is a short, the higher rated fuse would probably burn out anyways. If not, and it holds, the problem is still there. The current may be too high for the wiring and either melt the wire, perhaps fusing it to another, or perhaps even starting a fire.
