Parking Brake Problem??

Parking Brake Problem??
i replaced the rear calipers on my s14 a few months ago, now when i release the the parking brake the rear right brake applies and drags but when i engage the parking brake it releases the brake. the right rear caliper works fine.

How are your rotors and brake pads?

i also adjusted the 10mm bolt on the hand brake but it made no difference, i was thinking that the cable might have stretched but why would it cause it to disengage when the the handbrake is applied?
