Park lights don't flash on locking with key fob

On my 94 Q the parking lights sometimes do not flash when I lock the car with the key fob. The car does lock but I keep having to walk back to my car to see if it is really locked since the parking lights don't always flash like they use to. This situation will occur for a few times then be ok again later. Any body have this issue before and know the solution?

You might just need a new battery for your key fob. Just a thought.

I have the same issue, somewhat. I can hear the doors lock, but no flash. The lights do flash wiht the horn, when the alarm goes off.

I have found that the rear driver's door is not locking. Neither does the window roll down, from the console switch. I think my problem is a loose connection, in the door, sonce the window rolls up and down with the door switch.

You might try all the doors, to see if one is hanging up.

That is odd Jeff, my LR door fails to lock at time also which prevents the lights from blinking when the fob is used. The window rolls down with no problem though.
