park lights and tail lights stay on

my park lights stay on all the time have to pull fuse in underhood fuse box yellow with red tracer has ground at relay can find why this relay has a ground all the time headlight switch is ok with switch unpluged lights still stay on any one seen this before [email protected]

I am having a problem with my park, and tail lights staying on. i was messing around with the trunk light (trying to put an led board in in place of the bulb. I did short out the terminals and now I have no trunk light, and my parking lights are always on.
I have the 15amp fuse for the "tail lights" pulled so as not to kill my battery.

I know what i did wrong, I just don,t know what is causing my lights to stay on.
Anyone know wtf?

Turns out it was a blown fuse under the dash. how a blown fuse can cause lights to stay on is beyond me, but it happened."
