I'm not aware of any relay in that audio system, but I recently went through this exact problem with my Honda.
Basically, you've already done step 1 (determine which circuit the draw is happening in). Next, leave the fuse connected and start unplugging things on that fuse (like if there's the radio, a clock, an amp, etc). Check the multimeter after unplugging each one. If you unplug one and it drops down to the .5ish amp draw, you know that's the problem (and can replace that 1 unit). If you unplug ALL of them and you still have a draw (like I did), then you most likely have a short somewhere and will have to run a new wire from the fuse box to the back of the radio.
