Pandora issue

I set up my LG android phone with nissan connect apps (iheart radio, google search, tripadvisor, pandora). They all work, except Pandora. When I launch pandora in the head unit i keep seeing a dialogue saying "Pandora is waiting to be downloaded, wait or try again".

Pandora is installed on my phone. It's activated in nissan connect. I have even tried unreqistering the entire connect subscription, deleting the app, uninstalling everything, rebooting phone, restarting car. Nothing helps.


Any ideas?

Go to your Nissan connect app on phone and uncheck Pandora then check if it off on the head unit then go to Nissan connect again and check Pandora. Should work now. At least worked for me.

Tried unchecking and checking off again. Didn't work.

Did you also see the same error message? Something like "Pandora is still downloading..wait.."

yes i did. signed out from Nissan connect then sigh in and it worked.

Are you using an Android or iPhone? Also, are you connecting over bluetooth or USB?

Just for info: Do you have Pandora account and Did you log-in ?

Yes, Pandora is on the phone and logged in.

One more option if you didn't try yet : Reset head unit to factory default and then do everything again. In my car I have issue with I Heart radio. I have all info on main screen but nothing on info screen(one behind the wheel). My dealer exchange head unit but I still have the same problem.Also I have problem with sending text messages(posted on different post). Then finally I gave up. Now everything goes through Bluetooth audio connection and I don't need Nissan connect anymore. Good luck with yours.
