One of the guys here took his Porsche in for service today and they loaned him a brand new Panamera Hybrid. The sticker on the car says $120,000.00. OK, now I want you to guess what color the brake calipers are. The car is black.

Darn, I guessed orange. How long does he get to keep that loaner? I think the last loaner car my family ever got to use was some 5 year old Impala. Then again, it was a 3rd party mechanic and not a ritzy Porsche dealer... so I suppose that's what you can expect.

He only kept it for the day. He didn't like it. His is a straight shift Carrera and it was an automatic. I tell you...those things are funny looking on the outside, but nice on the inside.

I bet the option for those ceramic disks and the painted calipers cost as much as a G37.
