It seems amsoil is up there with the best and was wondering what grade you or anyone reading this would recommend on a 240sx dohc. What about transmission fluid? I'm asking 'cuz they'll start distributing in my area apparently.

AMSOIL is made in many grades and vicosities.

Their new 5w-40 promises to be especially interesting in a KA24DE a year around oil in nearly any climate.If you want real long drains the 10w-40 would be a slightyl better choice.

They are well designed group IV oils.
