Pairing Stock ABS Unit with 300ZX Brakes

I don't know exactly how the mechanics of an ABS Unit functions. I understand that it sends pulses to the locking wheel. However, I am wondering how an ABS corresponds with a larger Brake Master Cylinder and larger Brake Calipers. I believe there was a topic before, however I cannot find it anymore.

My questions are:

1. Does the larger BMC affect the functions of the ABS?

2. Is it detrimental to the ABS Unit?

3. Does the ABS function the same as if used on stock brakes?
