i have an extra set of stock 7's and wanted to paint them takata green.my question is where do i get the paint that color??

Look around, you might be able to find a similar color in an engine enamel flavor from VHT.

although I'm not a fan of ghetto-ing wheels...

valve cover rattle paint and clear. They might not have the same exact green though...
