Painting rims black

[Red 3.5SR Coupe]

Hi Everyone
I was thinking of painting the rims black and also adding a red lip... what do you guys think ?
And if anyone know how to do that or where >?... i asked some places and they are charging me 300 dollars just for painting the rims, is that a lot or is it fine.
I still dont know anywhere where they can do the red lip.... Any Ideas

instead of doing that, why don't you just buy the wheels that elevate has on sale?

if you're insistent on painting them, i would say black is fine but a red lip on the OEM 2010 a/c wheels would look a bit odd.

I dont know if he meant the rims lip or the front bumper lip? But I'm pretty sure he meant the rims lip...

Oh and btw I might just paint my rims using Plasti Dip.... I've seen a lot of people using this method in YouTube...
