Painting inside of headlights?

Hey i was hoping someone on here has painted the inside of there headlights on a 350z new style. I have a 2006 350z and want to paint the inside was wondering if it was to much of a pain to do or if it was easy. I dont want to mess these up is my only prob cause there not cheap. If anyone has pics of the procedure i would be very thankful.

just make sure when you put them back together the seal is good - condensation inside can ruin the cover. and like you sed - they are NOT cheap...
