painting bumpers????

how do you remove the side markers and rear back up lights and all lenses!!!out of the rear bumper so i can paint it?????? do they just pop out or unbolt from behind the bumper

nice driverdriver.lots of bolt to take it off and do it right.ive done both my bumpers to keep her sharp.
