Im trying to figure out what is the best method to paint my brake calipers. Do i take them off or do i leave them on? What is the best paint to use? And last but not least i need your guys and gals help deciding what color i should paint them. Im tired of the usual red calipers everyone rocks. Heres some crappy pics i took of my car with my phone. Let me know what color you guys think i should do. Pink? Gold? Orange? let me know any color you think i should rock. Thanks NICO

G2 Caliper paint is the best, mine still looks brand new and never chipped. Don't use a spray, the g2 kit comes with a brush, applies much better.

as far as painting them on or off the car, that's up to you. I painted mine while on the car, just had to tape off the rotors and other parts i didnt want paint to get on.

On the other hand having them off the car will make it a lot easier for you to paint and also for them to dry.

haha are you guys in the same class, but don't know it? thats awesome.

a brodate is no big deal, just remember what Brian Posehn always says, "It's not gay as long as you yell Slayer". When you ye'll slayer is cancels out all the gay, so then it's just a bro-job.

I wanted to bump this thread because i want to paint my calipers. Sounds like tge g2 system is the way to go.. I just purchased 4 new centric drilled and slotted rotors and pads so im ready to go. My plan is to put the car on 4 jack stands and dissasemble the brakes as much as possible to prep for paint. I even bought new caliper boots so the bracket can be done nicely.

So what are some prepping tips?
Painting tips?
I also found on amazon stickers that can be out on the calipers, after i am done with the g2 in red, i thought put the nissan sticker in white and then spray it with vht clear... thoughts?

I am also going to get my 18" rims powder coated in a dark hyper grey like the 370.. should look sweet..
