Well I got my subframe spacers and collars and decided to paint them yellow.

and

Does anyone else besides Wes have these on their Q's?

I also received my replacement wood dash kit today and am eagerly awaiting getting it installed in place of my broken up, peeling off old one.

Here's a small pic of my dash, sorry can't get it any bigger.

The seats are next. Here's a small pic of the drivers seat.

Then of course is my "body kit" and then a paint job!

From this

to

and installed these

to get to this

and I've done so much since that pic. From my sig pic to the ones that follow in a few months. I call it the Journey!

You really are going to have to put an updated pic in your sig. And, you have certainly done enough restorative work on the car to warrant a little car-biography in the sig line as well. Right?

What are you going to do about the seat(s)?

I have all sorts of mechanical stuff to worry about first (so don't freak out Wes and Maxnix). But, at some point, I am going to need to deal with the leather on the drivers seat.

I too will probably want to paint mine at some point... luckily, I have a friend who has been doing car restorations as a hobby for about 40 years. He will paint my car for the cost of the paint... when I am ready (which I am not, thank you Wes!).

Got them from a guy who sells that stuff to the 240 crowd on e-bay. http://www.smoothlinez.com is the website.

I have a local guy who is going to recover the bottoms for a very good price. I have another set of seats sitting in GA at Slim's place. He keeps them warm for me if you want to buy them. I can't get him to ship them though, that's why they're still there. My trip to ATL was ruined due to a hurricane and because I sank so much money into the Q.

I will eventually do a write up on my car when I'm done with it. I've still got some things to do. I'd rather wait and say look at the finished product when I'm done. I've been working on it for two years now, so I can wait a little longer.
