i agree i hate when people dont know what they are talking about. I saw those replys and was gonna quote them but than i noticed you already did lol......

dont say things if you dont know it just makes you look stupid its fine to ask him "hey are you sure you can paint that" but dont say it the way you guys did if your not 100% sure.

. . . yeah, i painted the "HUBs" not where the brake pads come in contact the rotors. . . . 'TARDS

RaiderKid: i used the caliper paint kit, u can find those at any autopart place. ie. pepboys/autozone/napa etc.

for my calipers i did 6 coats, each. and the rotors i did 8 coats, each. 10minute break between each coat.

I mean really??? Some of you thought this guy actually put PAINT on the rotors, where the pads come into contact with the rotor(S)??? Wow..., I mean, just wow... If he did, I would understand the comments, but LOOKING at his picture(S), you can CLEARLY SEE that he DID NOT paint the actual rotor(S), but the center HUB of the rotors...I mean really???? Wow....I mean WTF people??? Smoking some good crack IC...

If you don't want people to think you painted the rotors, don't put in the title that you painted the rotors.

BTW this thread would make an English teacher commit suicide. It was painful reading some of the posts.

I wasn't aware we were writing an essay or submitting a resume. you have to be kidding me with the english teacher comment. I happen to be a teacher and I know the difference between online convos and serious pieces of literature. Don't come on here and preach to everyone about how dumb they are in reguards to writing. You should understand when searching in the forum not to take things so literal.
