Painted my Enkei center cap

So two of my Enkei center caps started peeling.

Here's what the worst one looked like:

And here's how my wheels look without center caps: So I decided to paint the peeling part flat black.

Wetsanded with 1000 grit and taped off:

How it looks after 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of flat black:

Popped back into the wheel:

Here is how the regular chrome caps look:

Finished the 3 other caps.

Looks alright I think. Too subtle to ever notice, but better than peeling.



I freshly re-rattlecanned the grille and lip with the same Duplicolor acrylic enamel a few weeks ago.
