Red rotors? Why do you want red rotors? Do you realize if you paint them that the paint will just get rubbed off once you apply the brakes?

Do you mean, red calipers by chance?

I know a place to get black, silver, or gold colored rotors, haven't seen red yet. It might look ok, depending on what color car you have. Be sure not to paint where the brake pad touches the rotor or you will lose stopping power until all the paint has worn off of that area. Which if you use high temperature caliper paint that might be a while.

I have seen a lot of people with painted brake calipers, red is often the color of choice. But again it depends on the car color. I saw a pretty cool picture of a guy with yellow calipers that looked pretty good once.

If you have a black car, it would be pretty nice to paint the calipers red, and replace the rotors with some black painted/coated ones.
