painted badge/sticker

The dealership has it's name painted on my car but might be a sticker which I doubt.. So I might goto a paint shop and ask them how to remove it but I like to hear some comments from y'all..

I highly doubt the dealership painted the car. Most likely it's just a decal. You can use a credit card or something similar (make sure there is NO DIRT/particles on the paint first) to scrape it off. Then use goo gone or similar to remove the residue. Make sure you wash/wax the area after as it will be completely unprotected.
