Sup fellas, I want to see if anyone knows any dark red/purple paints or paint codes. The '40 is goin' into the body shop and I want to go to a dark redish color. A friend from work told me about an optional GM or Cadillac color but he doesn't know what it's called. It can be a NIssan paint or anything else. I've searched but got no where without a factory code. Any input is cool.

Ever see brickyard on a 350z? discontinued color, and also patented by Nissan. VERY HOT. It looks black on a dismal day, and a merlot color in the sun. You could try finding the code for that one.

Yes!...damn you guys are good. Say hello to the color of my car. Can I still buy it somewhere even though it's discontinued? It should look ill with window tint and dark rims .

You can still buy touch up paints for it lol.

Maybe if you buy a thousand of those you can paint the car.

I'm going to try to look for it anyway or something like it. At least I've got a reference point now.

I'm guessing the color is only discontinued as a nissan option. I mean, if someone w/that color needs to get it fixed at the dealer, they got to.

go to courtesyparts.com and then for each they have listed you can buy touch up paint, and it has the paint codes listed.

Good looking out guys, I really appreciate it. It's exactly what I'm looking for AND it's a NIssan color...what are the odds of that!? Any way, I've run into some delays but I'll say sometime after next xmas it will be done so I'll post pics then (It'll still be on blackie steelies though lol).

If you have the paint code you can go to your local car paint store and they can mix it for you. I live in miami and there is a dupont store that mixes car paint that I've gotten paint from before. Good luck!

I'm sure you can get it, a paint code is a paint code, and people with brickyard 350s still hit things and need new body panels.

If I can get a replacement Silver Moss paintjob, then you can get Brickyard...

Seriously though, c'mon, go Top Secret gold, with their official paint, it's only like $450/quart!!!! Bargain!!!

The AX8 brickyard color looks bada$$. Although, what would really look good is a dark grey-bluish color.
