Yea, Earl Scheib looks really nice the first couple weeks its done, but then gets all nasty later on, especially during hot Socal summers. My brother had it done to his Mercedez a couple years back and it sucked. Lotsa air bubbles that chipped after 2 months. He got another paint job done at another place and it was much better. What do you mean you have to do your own prep work? You mean your supposed to sand everything down yourself first before going to them? Then what's the $500 for? The paint they use shouldn't cost them more than $50.
I don't know what their process is, but do they paint in a dustless room or just in a clean room ventilated room?
