paint ?

ok so my q has got some standard rust forming on the back wheel well. its a michigan car so its gonna happen. i also had some punk throw a rock on it. few minor dents out of it. my ? is im working on saving to repaint it. i dont know if i should paint the whole thing or get the work done on the needed spots. the car is black. Im also looking to go through a out of home painter. Are there any GOOD painters in or near michigan that would be willing to work a good deal with me if i get the paint. im in southeast michigan near ANN ARBOR im not looking for the 4000 dollar paint job that infiniti spends just a good job that will make it look nice.. its a 94 Q45a

All I have to say is that you get what you pay for in the painting business. There is no cost-effective way out.

The thing is... the expensive jobs usually rip out your door panels and stuff to paint there also. Why don't you just repaint the exterior only... since the car is already black it won't be noticeable.
