hi, im getting my car painted in a couple weeks and im looking for a color that will turn heads but wont catch the eyes of the cops.my car is a 1992 240 and its stock white im thinking some sort of white. any ideas?

i just got back from the body shop and i saw a bmw steel blue it looks sweet

I say White pearl too. I was @ rockville last week and there was a MR2 there with it, It's the most beautiful white ive ever seen; the aerosedcent shine is just... oh, oh yah.

i wanna experiment w/ some painting before me and my friends paint up my car :-p, yeah it'll be some good fun, i think we can rent out a paint booth, has anyone heard of that before?

anyways yeah, what i'm thinking is get a light super reflective silver base coat, w/ a partially transparent black overcoat...

that'd be cool, like painted chrome or somethign haha, i donno, i'm workin on ideas

strip all the body panels, hood, trunk, everything. and replace with plexiglass or lexan.

Forget plexiglass......wrap it in plastic wrap......its cheaper and lighter
