My car is white so do I have to just buy a spray paint and spray it over? haha Im so noob at this.. any help would be appreciated. Thanx in advance

although dont just paint directly over it be sure to sand the area and then clean it up with a little bit of soap and water. After all that then you prime, then sand, then go ahead and paint. you will recieve the best results and it will shine better.

Its just like painting a model car or plane.Good luck.

go to autozone, and get a can of primer, assorted sandpaper and the paint color of your car.
