Paint sand blasted and chipped from front tires

2008 g37 coupe I have small rock damage and sand blasting from behind the front wheel back to the front of the rear wheels. It looks like it is all comming from the front tires. took it to the dealer who said it looked like a design flaw. Talked to a regional specialist at infiniti they said its not a design flaw its an envirmental issue. Infiiti won't cover it. I say bull. Ihave the sports package with 19'' wheels and stock tires for that wheel. does anyone else have this problem. If so lets talk about what we can do .only 12,500 miles on the car. Thanks ,Bill
