Paint removal?

Does anyone know a good site to go to to get information on how to remove your cars paint in preperation for a new paint job? if anyone has any info it would be appreciated. thanks:help

start with 220 then 320 then 400 then 600 that should get alot of paint off and also smooth out any dings you have... if you have a sanding block it would help. i did this to my front fenders last weekend and painted it with krylon dark grey primer. they look good even with just primer im happier than i was with the one fender i had painted the right color.

i had to do it cuz one red fender and one black fender plus the white body kit i got coming = rice looking.

just take your time. body work is not something you want to get in a hurry about..
