Paint it!!! It adds value to your car (it helped me out in my total inssurance delema (however my car is not salvaged, I got $2,800) for my 89fb))

Get wheels. If you pick the right thing you will increase the performance of your car and it will look good. Don't get 18x7's or I will BEAT YOU!

Paint does nothing but make you want to scream when someone scratches it. So who needs it?

Paint because primer sucks. I would normally say suspension but don't know your situation.

If you get rims first, make sure you put the stockies back on when painting - or you'll be pissed when they overspray all over it - no matter how well they cover the wheel, there will be overspray somewhere.

If you are planning on getting wide rims or any body work, get them first so you can roll/pull the body - then you can paint over it.

I guess rims are also less "permanent".
