Ok, ive only been thinking about this for a couple weeks and i decided to get oppinions.i have an 92 S13 and was wondering what everyone thought would be better. I plan on eventually getting a S13.4 swap and throwing an SR in but i want the body to look decent in the mean time, i have a couple small dents i figure the body wrap would cover. My question is would a full body wrap be a good idea, or jus go ahead and paint it? like solid blk, has any one done this and if some one could give me a price range on this it would be awsome. along with pictures if possible.

Thx everyone,Slismo

i'm assuming you mean a vinyl wrap thingy, right? if that's the case, don't do it. that only looks good on cars with aero.

Are you talking about the new options of almost putting like a few layers like 3 of this colored skin instead of paint?

I've heard very very good reviews about it. Best part being you can always take off a layer and you have brand new paint.

Im not sure where i was suppose to go on that link i didn see much of what i was talking about. What i mean is like a car cover but its like skin tight, something removable. its not painted on but like custom fit possibly?

heres the GT-R i was talking about,zer...-gt-r, this is what made me think to do it.

Wrap will always show seams and bubbles and creases. It looks ok from far away but not very good up close.

Why put the money into wrap if you're going to paint it after you do the front end anyways? My vote would be to paint it once you've finished the front end.

Vinyl wrapping is not going to magically fill in those small dents. IMO, fill in or pop those dents out before thinking about paint or wrap.

I figured i could do it for the moment and it would look better than what i got, and im pretty sure the dents i got it would cover up. i wanna do this because i dont wanna get it painted because it would be redundent to if im getting a swap, so this was the answer to it lookin a lil better and presentable. but if everyone thinks this isnt a good idea i wont lol

Let's just say, in most cases, a professional paint job is cheaper...
