Getting ready to paint my truck, over the next couple weeks, and was wondering if any body has displaced the bed, and what I can expect

[font=georgia]When I had my 520 I removed the bed to sell it. I had to cut all the bolts off with my grinder because they were rusted solid. So plan on replacing those. Also just unhook the wiring harnes at the taillights & undo the gas filler neck from the bedside. [/font]

Thanks, but as I was looking at the truck, the amizing engineers at Datsun have installed a bolt on front wall on the bed, easy enough to paint behind the cab

I use a great little program called ACDSEE...they have a trial version last I checked...

or you can open it in paint then select the "image" tab and scroll down to "attributes"...using that box you can select the size to resize it either in pixels or inches...hope this helps!

[font="georgia"]What color will you be spraying? For your pics you can upload them to Photobucket, then you can copy & paste from that site. Just left click on one of the 3 round symbols next to the arrows right click & paste.

Heres the primer coat the color will be a single stage Burgendy, I have finnaly figured out how to size the pics, I am running a Linux system, so alot of your advice does not help. Any other MEPIS users out there?

Squirted the truck, I will need a second coat, but it looks pretty good for the first

The truck is gettin a Rino liner next week, I will try my hand at this also. My theory is that you will never learn , if you dont try!
